DGGS Construction Ltd ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we do with information you give us.

What we collect

If you call, message, email or fill in our quote form, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We never sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for jobs we carry out are kept for as long as needed for guarantees, tax and legal purposes.

Third parties

Our quote form is provided by Tally (tally.so), which processes form submissions on our behalf. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@dggsconstruction.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
